According to Primate Elijah, even within the cabinet, vested Fulani interests are working to undermine the achievements of Tinubu. He stated that though he welcome the creation of the Forest Guard security Outfit, he believes the National Security Adviser will not let it work because it was created to combat kidnapping and banditry which the Fulani are using to undermine the Tinubu administration.
