Premier League leaders Arsenal were held to a frustrating 0–0 draw by Nottingham Forest, missing the chance to move nine points clear at the top of the table.
Mikel Arteta’s side dominated possession at the City Ground but struggled to turn control into clear-cut chances against a well-organised Forest defence. The hosts, fighting to pull away from the relegation zone, defended deep and relied on counter-attacks, limiting Arsenal to few genuine openings.
Despite the dropped points, Arsenal remain top of the Premier League.
For Forest, the draw earned a valuable point and extended their unbeaten home run, offering encouragement as they continue their fight for survival.
